Allowed use

Uploads

Midx may transmit your selected video and post settings to a connected publishing platform. For reliable results, use common delivery formats such as MP4 or MOV with H.264/H.265 video and AAC audio. TikTok may limit video duration, file size, visibility, account eligibility, and posting frequency. Midx does not guarantee that every upload will be accepted, processed, published, displayed with unchanged quality, or made available with every platform feature.

Service operations and restrictions

To operate and improve the service, we may store basic connected account profile data, upload activity, status history, and technical errors. Raw tokens and secrets are not shown in public pages or the admin dashboard.

We may limit, reject, suspend, or restrict account access to uploading features when we detect misuse, policy risk, security concerns, unusual activity, legal risk, account restrictions, or requests from platform providers.

Third-party platforms

Midx is an independent creator workspace. Midx is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok. Third-party platforms may change, limit, reject, suspend, or remove integration features at any time.

Deletion and contact

You may request disconnect or deletion of stored service data by contacting contact@midx.app. We may retain limited records where needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution.
